To be honest, and I know this sounds a bit 'holier than thou', I hardly watch tele these

days. In the evenings, I am in the garden or out on my bike, or reading, or doing my art things.

I do watch things like documentaries on "What the Celts did for us" or "The Big History of the UK" or "Coast" or "Medievals - teh best bits" and travel/explorey type programmes and HIGNFY and QI (though that went right bumsexualist in the last series).

Radio 5 or 4 is on constantly.

Mostly I turn the tele on and think "What the f**k is this s**t?"
