I've changed my mind, they can keep my money.

Some of the vitriol and questioning of motives that have been directed towards Mike Foulger/the board on here, the oink and elsewhere is frankly bizarre.

They are trying to maximise the cash available to the club. Yes they will spend more on the playing budget if they get more money. They will hardly be stockpiling burgers and coors lite in the hope of a worldwide burger/coors lite shortage. I don't believe they will start gold-plating the taps in the boardroom toilets as some seem to think, nor do I believe that they need this money for debt paying.

Someone questioned how Gunny could know his player budget already before the rebate has been finalised and that as such the rebate money must be earmarked to go elsewhere. May he not be working with an initial budget in mind, with the hope of more coming available?

The conspiracy theories, accusations of them misleading us, the seemingly continued belief of a lot of people that they are on the take. Mental, absolutley mental.

They have made mistakes no doubt but they are not evil. Delia & MWJ have put s**t loads in in the past, yes yes for shares or as loans but I'm sure they are aware they are going to get f**k all back for them.

They know they have f**ked up, have said as much and would desperately like out.

I don't see how denying the club money will help. Fine if we all club together and pop it into a high interest account only to be given back when the manager we don't like has gone and someone who will spend it more wisely has taken over, but they may well spunk it on s**te players as well. We are where we are and we have who we have.

It is correct that we were promised the rebate and purchased tickets on the understanding that if relegated we would get the money back, they aren't trying to con us, they are asking those who can afford/want to do so let them keep the cash.

I don't consider my self a customer as some have suggested and don't expect anything back from the club in return for my 'donation'.

We've all gone a bit mental. Keep mine.
