This is why I don't believe in NCISA

NCISA have already called on season ticket holders to claim their rebate following a public meeting at St Andrews Hall earlier this month - and Tilson says he stands by that.

It's an individual choice and they should not try to influence fans, Norich City supporters club my arse, it's clowns like this that would make me leave my money in the club.
