Why offer a rebate then use emotional blackmail to get out of paying it?

Either don't offer a rebate or show some respect to the fans.

If Foulger has ?1m to invest then he should do it.

We get nothing for giving up our rebate but he get an extra ?1m invested in his business without losing any control.
