Since the mistakes appear to have been many and varied it is impossible to say..

however it might have been possible to challenge some of the decisions of the all powerful recently departed Chief Executive. There is a perception since he left that he acted as a barrier between the fans and the other Directors filtering out ideas and suggestions. Until it is tried we will have no idea how effective it can be. All I know is that speaking with Trusts at other Clubs it can work but it is not easy (Cambrifdge Utd found it difficult dealing with Lee Power.
The Supporters Trust movement is something you either buy into or you dismiss it as an irrelevence. I believe the former.
