You do a list online of all the fillums or TV shows you want from their library

They send them to you in order (as much as possible).

If its like blockbuster you can stipulate a series too, so if you are getting series 3 of the Wire or some s**t, you can make sure you don't get sent disk 2 before disk 1 etc.
