Overall income is 11 mill p.a. (ticket income alone is nearly 7 mill)
Interest payments are 1.6 million p.a.

So we only need to sell 6,000 STs to service the debt.

Anyone with a mortgage that costs more than 1/3 of gross income is doing WORSE off than City - I reckon that is a lot of people.
