I cannot see why if 90 league clubs plus the non league clubs have their rules governed by the FA , but Cardiff , Swansea , Newport etc are governed by somebody else , when they play in the same competitions
there could be a 22 man punch up in a game between us and Cardiff , the FA could say to us , 100K fine , suspensions , points deductions , Welsh FA could say to Cardiff , there there boyos , run along don;t do it again , and there would be nothing we could do
It Stinks !!!
As an aside , are Berwick governed by the FA or the Scottish FA
