Well the end of October seems to be a perfect time to have another look at the situation.

If come the end of October it looks like he is turning us round and we are at the top end of the table give him till the end of the season and see how we get on. If things havent picked up then I think it might be time for change. October would be a good time for change cause it would give the board time to find someone, and would give the new man in charge the january transfer window to change a few things round.
