Trouble is

With someone with experience, they almost certainly have failed at some point in their managerial career. I mean Peter Reid and Dave Jones are both out of work, and both have had some success, but both have failed as well - in the Premiership oddly enough. I think Martin Allen has something about him. I watched him as a player, and he was a centre mid with a great hunger and determination about him. And he isn't nicknamed 'Mad Dog' for nothing. I think he would drive this club into the Premiership through sheer desier and will to succeed. Plus if he can Brentford playing well with no money, then why can't he get a talented squad of players playing well from September 1st onwards. Let's build the new stability around him.
