they appoint some board members who are more hands on regarding football matters.
They will be able to tell if the club is going in the right direction.

We have no money so we have build from the younger players and bargain players from the lower leagues.

Fuck the Charlton model........ we should look at the Swansea model.

I think the methodology is actually more important than the manager.

Managers are somewhat overrated in their ability to turn clubs around.
For every winner there are tons of decent managers getting the boot.

My hope is that Gunn has a huge clearout and plays the younger players.

The real shame is that after relegation the fans patience is a bit thin.
(as can be seen by the overeation to gunns appointment)
With younger players that is exactly the time you need patience.
Saying that I think the fans will show patience if the players show heart and desire.

I am actually quite optomistic for the first time in a long time because I can finally see a revolution coming to the club which forces us to be leaner and meaner.
