I think that referee handled a very difficult situation quite well

I think he didn't send Ballack off, because he'd already booked him, and I think that's why he booked Drogba, because it then meant he had to include them in his match report, and once he does that, in a calm situation, he'd confirm what television pictures already showed

Regardless of the bulls**t that's said, that ref didn't have a bad game really

Dowd was on the Arsenal v Chelsea game the other day, and there was 3 shouts for a pen for Arsenal, which were turned away. I only assume it didn't get to blubalicious levels because Chelsea were winning

Arsenal had no probs with that Norwegian ref when he officiated them against Villarreal

It's a bit of a shame a decent ref probably won't do good games anymore, just because Chelsea couldn't win a game of football
