just about, got shin splints starting last week,

did a run this morning though, just a short 3km and they felt ok. Since it started early last week I've been wearing these

They've been ok but it's well knocked my time down now. I was hoping for 50mins but it'll be more like 1hr 5mins now I think.

How about you? training been going ok?
