That's hand ball, if you move it or not.
If you stand with your arms wide on a goal line as someone is shooting and it strkes a stationary arm that's handball, penalty and red.
The fact your arm didn't move wouldn't matter, having them spread out is an 'unnatural position' and an attempt to gain an advantage.
