is when you see a replay of an offside.
They stop the action, draw a line over the pitch and say
"Looks like he was just off so he might have got that one right/wrong"
Oh do f**k off. You've stopped the action, you have a bloody great line over the pitch, you are still not 100% sure, yet you are passing judgement on a split second decision made in real time.
Pisses me right off that.
If its that bloody tight that a freeze frame shows there may be an inch or two in it, then the lino has got it right.
WHICHEVER way he's given it. it is IMPOSSIBLE for him to see those kind of margins.
