Nothing against Gunny
He stepped up to the plate when many others wouldnt have come within 300 miles of the job and did the best he could with what was available. Unfortunately for us that wasnt good enough. I think he should step aside and an experienced lower league manager brought in, someone given the time to turn this ship around and build from scratch. There is going to be no quick fix to this problem.
