and unbelieveably it seemed more people were in favour of Gunn continuing as manager than against.

This, in my eyes is where our problems lie.
We have witnessed a man who is clearly out of his depth make a complete pigs ear of trying to keep us in the championship - yet some of our fans seem to be happy to appoint him to oversee the most crucial season in our history.

I despair, I really do.

He didn't seem to handle criticism all too well either. And if the season starts badly there will be plenty more of that coming his way.
