It's just complacency again

Every season a quarter of the sides in the second division leave it, yet we don't have any plan for dealing with it. I really can't see why the same crew that f**ked up promotion won't f**k up relegation too. And then come moaning on the radio about the mysterious money men who have made it impossible for us to compete with clubs that spend half as much as us.
