What I can't believe is that, they seem not to have any plan for going forward

This seems to be going to happen next week, when contingency plans should have been made months ago.

Also it seem to be clear what needs to be done at least on the playing side of thing...a clean sweep keep/bring in a spine of experienced players then fill in the gaps with the more promising youngsters from the youth and lower leagues.

THe changes that need to occur at board level are more difficult to enforce but now is the time to make it happen, at least with the likes of ND and the chairman, tough decisions need and should be made.
