my current account has a mobile phone insurance "benefit". I just asked the woman what is the quickest possible timeframe for them to replace my foon (they won't entertain a receipt for a new phone) . TWO f**king weeks!!!! If everything goes smoothly!!! Stick your cacking replacement phone up your arse along with your cack "value" account.
