But we were beaten by a better, more organised team with a cutting edge up front that we didn't have.

If England had gone away to some god-forsaken Eastern European outpost and won 2-0 it would have been called a good professional performance. Keep it tight, quieten the crowd, don't give them much, slow the pace of the game down, get a goal, and job done.

Reading did that to us.
