Its good to look at the big picture.
People ask why Preston and burnley are doing so well on a limited budget.
The same could be said of Charlton and Southampton
All of us our left the prem with a huge wage bill of average/mediocre players which we overpaid.
All the clubs had a wage structure based on the prem.
The wage structure is a huge rock around our necks going forward as every player coming into the club gets paid according to that.
If they went to Blackpool or Preston the same player would be earning a lot less.
Also some of the prem players we have loaned in would not be considered by other clubs because of their wages.
I think Worthy and Grant created the most damage.
Roeder inherited a really bad situation and spent very little while actually keeping us in this division from a very bad spot.
Gunn is doing his best but he has a mediocre squad overall.
