Hooly is needed to bring the Best out of Gow/Mooney/QD.

Lee is needed to give us 'something different' and a bit of muscle.
I suppose if there is no chance of having Gow/Mooney here next year we could loose Hooly and stick QD up with lee.

That's not exactly progression though.

Boards mission for the summer is simple.
Find some cash.
If they do we have a chance, if they don't we'll be down next year if we survive this time.

Nice and simple that isn't it? I know its harder than that, but that IS what it boils down to.
Gunn needs funds to go and add some real quality to the squad, quality that is contracted to US for 2 or 3 years.
