I think you mean Martin O Neil overachieved with a Villa squad

which was very short in numbers and a long season has caught up with them, coupled with the players being slightly overwhelmed with their position has led to their form to dip.

Unfair to blame O'Neil, not like he has tinkered with teh team and exploded is it?
