Fans suggesting players that we should sign and slating the board for not doing so has to be up there with THE most stupid things I can think of.

1. we have no idea the price/availability
2. we have no idea if the club can afford them
3. we have no idea what the player wants
4. we have no idea what other clubs may be in for them
