Well from what I understand, Matty P was happy to play for Roeder.

Was incredibly pissed off Roeder got sacked, and has not enjoyed having Gunn as a manager at all.

I don't know if the two of them can put professionalism first, but considering how well the majority of the squad have played, i'm not convinced there is too much blame to level at Gunn.
