Answer, People that don't turn 6m debt into ?18/19m debt despite a ?30m promotion whereby wages and money spent on players in the season weren't more than a third of that, and seasons after, money dished out to players were on s**t ones under a manager who proved to be out of his depth, and was then here over a year after that point
