Sorry still don't get it

We had to replace a striker who didn't want to be here. We replaced him with a proven striker who scored goals until he left. I still don't see why this particular signing was a disaster.

I do agree that Worthy made a mess of the squad, both when we went up and when we came back down, but I don't include Earnshaw within that. And part of reason that he f**ked up the squad is the sheer gap between prem and Champ which means that you tend to need different teams to compete in them, undermining continuity and stability
