But it's also that sense of importance, almost invincibility. You get it with
the American Footballers at top college teams. They are not getting salaried at all, but are put no a pedestal, playing in front of 100k fans every week, are in the papers, on the web, have women throwing themselves at them and are aiming at a multi-million dollar contract in the NFL.
Some of the smartest kids (or the ones who turn out smart) do the most stupid, reckless, selfish things in those circumstances.
