How you are "managed" has a lot to do with it. For all his bad points,
Alex Ferguson has done a brillo job of keeping his youngsters away from that sort of s**t. Yes sometimes it happens, but he deals with it well I think, and if you look at the number of youngsters he has brought through but kept disciplined, I think he deserves some credit. Possibly Wenger to a lesser extent as well.
