Why not?

The point is the club is smart enough to agree a contract with all the backroom staff till the end of the season.
At that point you have plenty of time to decide if this is the mangement team to take us forward next season.

I think staying up is a success given the direction we were heading in before the Barnsley game.
Mid table would be incredible.
