At the risk of being blindingly obvious...

Gunn = Man management experience
Crook = Coaching experience
Deehan = Older head, plus the two facets above.

All three = Norwich legends, people with whom the fans are more likely to remember how to support the team again, and allow a little bit of leeway.

This was, imo, the best we could have got given the time, resources and availability.
