I don't think anyone is saying have Gunn as manager because we beat Barnsley 4-0..
We'd probably have turned in a performance whoever was in charge because Roeder wasn't there.
I think it's more to do with the fact that there is a lot to be said for the team actually wanting to play with a bit of passion, the crowd getting right behind the players and a genuine respect for the bloke.
My view is why not have him on 'til the end of the season?
If he can get the players playing as a team and for each other, get the atmosphere going at CR again - who's to say we won't win a few games?
What's the problem with that?
As for if he could do it permanently, I don't know.
