Well either it is bollocks, or I am the exception to the rule

It is worked out with a formula taking into account six factors: weather(bit crappy this morning so I will give them that one), debt(no major debts, all in order), time since Christmas (24 days??! what's special about that?), time since failing our New Year's resolutions (mine are on track, see next point), low motivational levels (not at all, pro activity over the past few weeks has secured me a pay rise and an extra weeks holiday a year) and the feeling of a need to take action.
