It could have been handled differently regarding the emotional side.
BUT, the contract ran out. And HOW it was handled was irrelevant to the fact it simply ran out, as the club (and Hucks) were perfectly within their rights to do so. Hucks knew that.
Had it been Hucks who had stalled and kept us all waiting before saying "Naah, I'm off to the States", he'd have been slated. But, again, he would have been within his rights to do so. So there shouldn't be scope for one rule for one and another rule for another.
