I think we all know that he's not a very pleasant bloke to work for, don't we? I think, and I admit this is totally a fan's view from the outside etc. that Roeder desperately wants to be seen as a Ferguson-type great manager but sadly just isn't up to it.
Hence all his superior remarks, hard-line decisions (Re Huckerby, Cureton etc) and the ones that I really found astonishing when he pretended, without any knowledge at all, to 'know the game'- ie. 'My close understanding and experience have taught methat little players tire more easily than big ones'. Oh dear.
