I had a friend when I lived in Cov, who was a carer who looked after a guy with MS..

this guy was called Dick and used to get bottom spots.

It was, apparently (although I think this goes beyond the call of duty) my mate's duty to squeeze said spots to remove gunk.

'Dick's pips' we used to call them.

I have made myself feel quite ill..
