That sort of contract arrangement isn't going to tempt anyone already in a job.

Nor will it any out of work managers who might be close to getting back into the game anyway and who will, in time, get better offers.

It might be an attractive proposition for someone who has been out of work for some time, or who has been working abroad and wants to get back into the game in this country.
