I think

They were:

a) Both complete c**ts

b) Both had the worst man management skills you could ever imagine

c) Both had shocking track records

d) And while Hamilton's signings (except McVeigh and Steeno) were an utter joke, Roeder messed us up with loans instead.

For the record, I put Grant bottom, Hamilton 2nd bottom and Roeder 3rd bottom - but am tempted to promote Grant a couple of spots simply because he was a decent bloke who did the right thing. Whereas the other two were both f**king c**ting c**ts.
