It never works.

But we shouldn't have made him go either. Not until the ship was steadied and a proper replacement was found. Instead we force the guy out (as per Grant/Roeder) then moan about their even sh!tter, often rushed replacement.... can't anyone see, this cycle can and will only stop once the fans get behind the team/new managers (even if they are arrogant/inexperienced!) for longer than the first 2 weeks' honeymoon period! Simple logic really
