all i'm saying is

that with Safri and Hughes/Jarret in the centre, hucks and Marney as Wing Forwards (less defensive responsibility than straight 4-4-2 wingers) and Ashton on his own up front, a player like Bentley would be able to play at his best (imho).

The only thing would be that it would mean Nige having to drop Leon, cue the boos.
