Its a hungry manager we need in my opinion,

and someone who can get the best out of the players i really do not think that experience matters. As with most experienced managers have a long list of failures on their CV.

I think all this shows that it is a massive choice for the board either way, Loads of fun for us to debate but i would not want to have to make the choice, fingers crossed that they get it right this time.
