and I'll be there Saturday of course...

but I think a lot of goodwill could be gained by some acknowledgement of what fans are going through at the moment - and not for the first time - by management and the board. Hearing the usual spin about 'coming out fighting, we know what it means' is wearing very thin. And not just a bogof on hot drinks as our reward!
