It's an idea. Loads have people have mentioned

that we don' t have the money to pay him off. Wenger was going to offer him something similar at Arsenal so maybe a role where he has no influence over first team matters. Maybe we could bring in somebody like Middlesborough brougt in Terry Venables and they avoided relegation.

I feel he's the right man for the job currently as going out of the cup early is nothing new. We are also currently not in the relegation zone. And as you mentioned earlier, Roeder's record is still above 1.2 :)
