It depends on whether the board are going to back him in his long term project,

even against the views of the majority of the fans. I think he has to remain here at least until the end of Jan, the fans have to accept that. If they decide he is not the man 'to take NCFC forward', then I say start the process of identifing the man to come in asap and then give him 6 weeks at the end of the season to assess the squad in league games and not training and friendlies.
