Professionals only "gamble" when they have the edge not the casino.
It isn`t really gambling.

In my example you would have had a 0.5% edge over me.
That doesnt mean you are certain to win over 100 spins.
Over 100,000 spins you are pretty certain to win.

Just like the example.
Casinos don't gamble as such. They have the math of the games/long run on their side.
But its possible in the right situation for every game in the casino to become beatable.
