but do they spend it on football or stuff like scoreboards conservatories and car parks? DO they have functional scouting systems? Do they have medics that wouldn't let them sign ludicrous clrocks? DO their boards have strategies in place? DO they have as much debt as us. Do they have youth programmes that occasionally produce decent footballers as opposed to benchwarmers for Orient. If their managers are as handicapped as ours then I absolutely agree with you that they are miracle workers.
