He just stands there all f**king game every week doing nothing...

The only movement I ever see him make is beckoning the players back to defend or telling them to calm down when they cross the half way line.

I'm not in the best place to judge from where I sit but he never appears to spur the team on then we?re on top and he clearly doesn't have the ability to change things mid game.
