Unfair to lump Strihavka in too

Useless w**ker he may have been but he only cost us ?240,000 in total and he still misses us apparently:

Compare that with Mr Worthington who presided of the scouting system that was letting us down and did nothing about it. Was paid in full for every second he worked. ANd then got another ?500,000 to go away.
