converstaion with my padi "advanced OW" (and city season ticket holder) during pub crawl in norwich on christmas eve:

padi mate: did you know i'm now "advanced" diver?
me: well done mate, when did you pass that?
padi mate: 2 months ago, in sharm - when are you next diving?
me: prob take some "ocean divers" to stoney early jan for a max 20m dive to give them some experience
padi mate: ooh, now i'm advance, i could come too! 20m is nothing!
me: ever dived in a dry suit?
padi mate: nah, but i'll just hire one for the day when there
me: so never dived in a dry suit, EVER?
padi mate: nope
me: do you think you ought to do a dry suit course first? Its a bit different in a dry suit...
padi mate: nah, it will be easy, no real difference to my shorty in sharm....
me: well not sure we'll be diving anyway, will give you a call... (yeah righty!!!!)
